01The service

panelhi (panelhi.com) provides virtual numbers for receiving app sign-up and login verification SMS, as one-time numbers and rental numbers.

Prices, code wait times and rental periods follow what's shown on the pricing page and each number page.

02Accounts

Accounts are created with a username and password, with an optional email. You're responsible for keeping your password safe; anyone who knows it can log in.

Up to 3 accounts can be created from one network.

03Allowed use

Virtual numbers only receive incoming SMS. Calling and sending texts aren't possible.

Taking over other people's accounts, fraud, spam or illegal activity is forbidden, and accounts used this way may be blocked. Following each app's rules is your responsibility.

04Balance

Your balance is only for panelhi numbers and rentals and can't be withdrawn. Refunds also go back to your balance.

Top-up bonuses are added at fixed rates based on the amount.

05Changes

Prices, countries and the app list can change. Numbers and rentals already bought keep the price at the time of purchase.
