  1. 01What we collect

    Your username, email if you add one, a one-way password hash, member number, sign-up date, balance, your numbers and their SMS, and top-up and support records.

    The network address used at sign-up is kept only as a one-way hash to limit the number of accounts.

  2. 02Received SMS

    SMS for a number are only visible to the account that got it. We never publish them or show them to anyone else.

  3. 03Passwords

    Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes and checked at login. Email is used only for login and verifying it's you.

  4. 04Cookies

    Only a cookie that keeps you logged in and one that remembers your language. No ad tracking or analytics tools.

  5. 05Keeping and deleting data

    Number and top-up records are kept because refunds depend on them. To delete your account, log in and contact support with the Account type. This works even before your first top-up.
